Are these prices fixed or estimates?
Starting prices are estimates based on typical project scope. After a discovery sprint, you receive a fixed-price contract with no scope-creep surprises. The discovery sprint itself is fixed-price.
Do you bill in GBP?
Yes. All invoices are in GBP and processed through UK banking channels (BACS, CHAPS or international wire). We are VAT-registered and supply a VAT invoice on request.
What is included in the 30-day warranty?
Any bugs, crashes or App Store rejection issues within 30 days of launch are fixed at no charge. We also monitor crash reporting during this period and proactively flag any anomalies.
Can I start with an MVP and scale up later?
Yes — and most clients do. The MVP scope is deliberately lean, and the codebase is structured to extend cleanly. Upgrading to a Full Product or Dedicated Team retainer is straightforward.
Is there a minimum project size?
Our minimum engagement is the MVP tier (£5,000+). We do not take on sub-£3,000 projects as the discovery and QA overhead makes them uneconomical for both sides.
